External 3rd Party OSHMS Annual Compliance Audit
The entity shall undergo an initial third-party external compliance audit within one year of official notification of approval of the entity OSHMS from the concerned SRA. Subsequent annual audits shall be undertaken within one year of the previous third-party external compliance audit date in compliance with ADOSH SF – Element 8 – Audit & Inspection.
Selection of External 3rd Party Auditing Firm
This annual audit shall be undertaken by approved audit firm/company by ADPHC in Qudorat Program as per the requirement of ADOSH-SF – Mechanism 7 – Occupational Safety and Health Practitioner and Service Provider Registration.
Audit Plan
Audit Plan will be finalized once audit date(s) is mutually agreed between Auditee and Auditor.
Audit Report
After Audit, report is finalized within 03 working days from the date of last day of the Audit.
Audit Report Submission through Al Adaa - Form F
The detailed audit report of external 3rd party annual compliance audit report shall be submitted to the concerned SRA within 30 calendar days of the audit by completing and submitting OSHAD-SF – Form F – Annual External OSH MS Audit Form.
